From permitting to final inspection, see how Magnolia River's turnkey approach kept a multi-phase, large transmission pipeline project on track and under budget.
The Magnolia River Pipeline Inspection Services team recently completed a 9.7-mile segment of a multi-phase, 25-mile transmission pipeline project in the Southeast. The scope included installing a 16-inch, 0.500-inch wall thickness X52 steel pipeline as part of a three-year program. This phase met all contractual objectives and was delivered on time and under budget.
At peak staffing, a 13-person Magnolia River team supported the project, including a Project Manager, Professional Engineer, design engineers and technicians, Chief Inspector, multi-craft inspectors, and coating inspection personnel. This team provided comprehensive support, covering project management, engineering and design, permitting coordination, procurement and contractor selection, and full-time construction inspection.
Magnolia River maintained comprehensive oversight throughout construction, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, industry codes, and regulatory requirements. Close coordination among engineering, inspection, and project management staff enabled proactive issue resolution and consistent quality control in the field.
The successful execution of this pipeline segment reflects Magnolia River’s commitment to operational excellence, safety, and client satisfaction, and demonstrates the firm’s ability to deliver complex transmission pipeline projects efficiently and reliably.
